Upi Transaction on local Shop Via Pnb credit card

I was unable to complete any UPI transaction from pnb credit card today
I tried three times but all failed

Is there any limit or restrictions if yes then please share

Some local shopkeepers are not registered as merchant accounts. Because of that payment might have failed.

Mine also failed, yet to receive refund

In my case money not debited after entering pin it keeps loading then in process page appear with orange after that failed

Today my card is working fine on bhim upi

I was also getting same error. It got resolved on its own. I was able to use UPI after 4-5 hours of UPI registration on bhim app.
