Usually 1st statement

1st statement bro

Or 1st -3rd statement

Sometimes when u get card & didn't even active it by then 1st statement date is over hence
It gets billed in 2nd statement.

In HDFC Joining fee is levied mostly after 4 months ie; 120 days.

If any joining fee waiver condition is there and you fulfill that by that time then no joining fee will be levied.
