My card was issued on 16th December last year. I called the customer care today, for closing the card and reverse the annual fee.
Agent denied with a reason that there was a transaction this month, hence they won't be reversing the fee.
Any Idea? I have sent the email to premium.experience@axisbank.com & nodal.officer@axisbank.com
