I know pp from dreamfolks and another provider .

Bro, Dragon Pass, Prority Pass, and Lounge Key Pass provide international lounge access and other airport-related services.

They work on similar lines but of different brands.

in early days dreamfolks partnered with dragonpass, but now days dreamfolks established itself on its own, but want to know which credit card provide dragon pass?

i remember for a 4hrs layover at hongkong airport, one of the lounge denied access by stating we can enter only before 2.5hrs boarding time.

Most lounge have such rules. Even in India, most lounges will only allow you 3 hours before the flight. In singapore once I had a long lay over and the PP lounge just stamped on the coupon that access is only for 3 hours. I anyway was not planning beyond that so it was not an issue. But don't know how lounge ensure that people actually leave after 3 hours.
