What are the term and condition and how to use the voucher in vistara website

They are like cash gift voucher and not redemption coupons for free tickets and upgrades. I think you can use at the time of booking while at the payment page.

Please read the voucher conditions. As per their FAQ

10. What happens if the transaction amount is lower than the Purple Ticket Gift Card amount?

The balance after doing one transaction would remain in the Purple Ticket Gift Card (16-digit codes) and can be used for another transaction before the validity period.
