The trick was to enter the amount you want to load, then select the bank account instead of CC, it will show zero charges. Then select other UPI app and load the amount via other UPI app using Rupay CC.

doesn't give option to load money via cc...only bank accounts shown in gpay app....which upi app did you use to load via rupay cc?
