As the subject says, I want to know App that allows you to pay kotak/bob bill through wallet and also allows you to load wallet from cc for free except payzapp which is already well known. So, if you know any then kindly share.

I said except payzapp and mobikwik doesn't allow you to pay for credit card bills through wallet balance.
Why are you looking for alternative? Is your CC from RBL?
Why is there any issue with RBL card? My reason is i want to use prepaid card which payzapp doesn't allow.

as you know mobikwik wallet is backed with black prepaid zip card

and their payzapp account as well for wallet loading

it's the opposite. RBL doesn't allow transactions meant for Payzapp wallet load
then load mobikwik through rbl if allowed then xfer it to payzapp
I use it for Paytm Fastag recharge. 2500*2 from two Mobikwik accounts.

Already have a fasttag from others, is Paytm fasttag amount can be withdrawn to the wallet?
