We are travelling to UAE in Jan '24 from India. Which CC/Forex would you suggest for shopping and travel in UAE? How about Neyo card by DCB bank? Thomas cook forex card? Bookmyforex card?

Dcb works in uae but every time you are trying to withdraw cash or any transaction 20% excess amount will be deducted for example if you withdraw 1 lakh,1lakh 20k will be deducted and will be refunded back with in hour.Note 20% will be refunded back upto 7 lakhs only then after tcs charged
try indie by indusind visa signature card if works tell me that is also zero forex debit card

There are two additional benefits of the card which I personally find useful which Scapia does not have

1. Cash withdrawal at foreign ATMs without any charges and 0 markup fees. Works like a debit card (P.S: Nominal charges of 200 are levied)
2. Reward rate of 0.67% (no reward for scapia on intl transactions)
3. Easy to get

Scapia has dom lounge access (which is +ve), but not international

If you already have some money lying around in FD, it is just a matter of diverting it. Interest rates are also good with IDFC. But if you are short on money then go with Scapia

Idfc wow card has some draw backs you can only withdraw cash from atm that is total amount fd only once there after you cannot withdraw cash
for suppose if your credit card limit is 1lakh you can withdraw only 1lakh in a month after you pay credit card bill again and you want to use it means not possible. sometimes they block the card for suspicious activity we have to call costumer care there are many drawbacks i have faced

Why you want to withdraw 1L? Isn't it too much cash?

Anyways, you can have limit upto 3L on wow card, my RM told it can go as high as 10L also (equivalent FDs are required). So limit should not be an issue. There is also an option to increase credit limit by clicking on one link and adding FD later on
