We have added a new feature: thread mark

tum to dil pe le liye bhai

Typically, when a feature is underutilized, it’s common for teams to consider reducing its development focus or even phasing it out, often due to perceived lack of interest (people are not using it). So, I just wanted to emphasize that there are indeed users like me who value and actively use this feature, in case any discussions or decisions about its future are already being considered.

This response isn’t a random reply; it’s meant to underscore the feature’s value from the perspective of those who would miss it if it were removed.

Agreed, that's the common thinking even I have load of bookmarks of threads and some specific replies.

Going through bookmarks saves much time rather than searching for the thread by doing hit n trial.

Only moderators can change the owner or date, and we have a log for these actions. If a moderator changes the owner, they must enter a valid reason.

I’ve done this at times to protect a thread, especially if there’s a concern that a member might delete it if asked by the bank. Sometimes, members even request me to change the thread owner to maintain their anonymity. Rest assured, no one is going to steal credit.
That log should be publicly visible to maintain any trust. The usernames can be hidden to protect privacy but the activity log should be public to maintain excellent transparency and trust that this community relies on.

Agreed it would bring more transparency to the forum

@TechnoFino Is there any way to edit or remove thread markers? For example, if someone accidentally marked something incorrectly, we currently can't edit or remove it.

//Edit: OP of the thread can do it, but I believe if you can provide the same power to Legend/Legend+, it would be beneficial.
