What is the best credit card (except very high end ones like Axis Magnus) for rent payment from Jan, 2023?

1. Axis & HDFC have stopped rewards against rental payments (except very high end cards)
2. SBI & ICICI are charging extra for rental payments (forget about rewards)
3. @TechnoFino BoB Eterna has stopped rewards against rental payments
4. In a @TechnoFino post, I have read Redgirraffe supports all credit cards except Amex for rent payment, which is not true. I am attaching the bank list for rental payment by credit card through Redgirraffe.

2. For rent payment, fee is 1.1% + 18% GST. There is an option of Bank Acc Money Transfer from CC in BharatNxt App. Do you know, what is the fee for that & is ACE CC giving 2% CB for that also?

2. Today I saw an option to pay at lowest fee of Rs 0.99%, but payment will credit to beneficiary account tomorrow only. After transaction, I received confirmation message that I am eligible for 2% cashback . I used Axis Ace credit card.

##Pls do not use the word rent pay... Use words like "Transfer to Bank Account, Payment to Merchant/Vendor"
Because banks do not like the word "rent payment"

1. SBI CASHBACK gives 1% cashback on utilities, insurance etc. Bharatnxt comes under utility spends. So whatsoever v pay through Bharatnxt, will fall under utility spends.
2. Axis Ace gives 2% on utilities other than paid through Gpay.

I transferred to bank account, I never used rent pay option. Rent, bank transfer & merchant payment all are same. No difference between them

Is IDFC Select credit card eligible for 1.5% CB on Bharat NXT?
Is HDFC Millennia card eligible for CB if yes then how much?

And I do have SBI CB card as well, which card should I use in the offer where they are charging 1.09%?
I don't have Axis Ace and AU cards
