What is the best use of Tata Neu Coins?

Recently got the HDFC Tata Nue Infinity Credit card as FYF. Want to know about the best use of the earned Nue coins. BigBasket is not serviceable in my area. 1Mg feels costly to me. Please suggest if we can purchase GV using Nue coins.

promo offer coins come directly to TN. Card based coins come after stmt generation

Isnt it like you do earn on transaction using neucoins partially which makes sense too. So assume bill is 1000 and you used 100 neucoins and paid 900 by card, you will earn neucoins on 900 ?

In terms of earning, it doesn't make huge difference. But it is like cashback to card and reward points. The flexibility with Neucoins is that it can be used in both ways. I was suggesting one can explore the latter....

It shows option to pay using "Tata Pay UPI". When I select it, then in the next page, it shows my Neu Infinity Rupay card greyed out with the message "Rupay Credit card payment is not allowed for this merchant".


As an aside, I am feeling that the coins are of no use for me especially given the fact that I stay where there is no BigBasket and I don't have medicine need usually. I thought may be if I somehow accumulate some points, I might purchase some silver coin but unfortunately the Neu coins cannot be used for that. To add to it, Neu coins earned during a transaction seem to have an expiry of 3 months I guess. Any suggestions on how the coins can be used?

I recently noticed that I have been getting 50 neu coins in the last 2-3 months.
The description says NeuCoins for Rupay Credit Card on UPI

I think it is some milestone reward. I use Tata Neu app for UPI payments always. And maybe I am hitting some milestone
When I take the Scan QR code page, it says Get 100 Neu Coins upon 10 UPI payments with Rupay Credit card. Min Value 1000.

Maybe this one, or some other milestone. But whatever it may be, this is cool.
