What is the best use of Tata Neu Coins?

Recently got the HDFC Tata Nue Infinity Credit card as FYF. Want to know about the best use of the earned Nue coins. BigBasket is not serviceable in my area. 1Mg feels costly to me. Please suggest if we can purchase GV using Nue coins.

I made two utility bill payments but cannot find the neucoins. Plus, Tata Neu was running intro offer of additional 100 neucoins. I have not received them either.

I used the primary Neu Infinity credit card to pay utility bill on Tata neu.

promo offer coins come directly to TN. Card based coins come after stmt generation

I'd suggest you don't use Neucoins for BB orders as such every time they are available. You don't get the app discount of 5 percent on payments made through Neu Coins.
Instead, accumulate coins and use it for travel booking or Croma. That will at least save a big hit on the card at the time of a big expense

Isnt it like you do earn on transaction using neucoins partially which makes sense too. So assume bill is 1000 and you used 100 neucoins and paid 900 by card, you will earn neucoins on 900 ?

In terms of earning, it doesn't make huge difference. But it is like cashback to card and reward points. The flexibility with Neucoins is that it can be used in both ways. I was suggesting one can explore the latter....

BB is the best use of NeuCoins in my opinion, if is available in your pincode. Not all items are cheap or cheapest on BB. I compare its prices against Amazon Fresh, Flipkart Kilos and Jiomart.

Yeah BB is best as atleast some of snacks items got delivered free on fortnightly basis, as there are alot of campaigns running for neucoins
