What is the criteria for TF Buzz?

I have a total of 3 approved posts. Still my account is showing as TF Neo.
As per this post, I should have TF buzz on my profile by now. Am I missing something?

After fullfilling eligibility criteria as per referred post, system takes it's own time to upgrade your level up. It's not a immediate process.
