What is the maximum number of free lounge visits(primary+add on) have you availed on a credit card/priority pass in a single calendar year?

I have had good experiences at Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai. In Europe I have had very mediocre experiences at Copenhagen, Paris, Riga and many other European cities.
It's generally true that Indian lounges have better and more food variety than most International lounges. Where most lounges outside India especially Europe excel is in liquor with almost all lounges having decent free liquor.

Also crowding is a major issue in Indian lounges, esp Del & Bom

Occassionally, I have seen crowding in lounges globally but not as bad or consistent as India, most likely the reasons are most Indian airports have very few lounges and almost complete lack of Airline lounges. All of this made worse by reasonably easy lounge access.

I agree, in India we need to go to airport 2-3 hours before even for domestic. Whereas in most countries I have been to, you can just arrive 30mins- 1 hr and that will work.

Very well summarised.
Since I don't drink, I am unable to take advantage of the liquor in European lounges! When it comes to food, Indian lounges outperform their European counterparts.
Another aspect where Indian lounges are better is in service and operating hours. Rarely in Europe lounges are open 24 hours or late night/early morning.
You are right about overcrowding. In Europe I have almost never seen any queue. In India, our credits cards are providing unprecedented easy access to lounges. That is not the case overseas.
