My card got upgraded to SBI aurum today , but when i am checking card dispatch status it's showing hand delivery , do anyone know about this ?

My card is pending dispatch for last 2 weeks almost.

Spoke to Cust Care, apparently they are facing some technical glitch printing the card.

Also any spend till I receive the card will not be considered for aurum milestone calculations !!

Is anyone else facing the same ? It’s been 2 weeks since approval & my online dashboard showing aurum relationship, but still no sign of dispatch !

Yeah.. while searching you can change the radio button to search for reference number
