Someone from sbi card team will come to tour home to deliver your aurum card personally.

Yes, that's how they promised it, but they don't, now. Bluedart is the one which will deliver
It showed same for me, but it'd be delivered by Bluedart. Call Aurum helpline, if the AWB number has been updated with them, they'll pass it to you. Aurum was designed to be hand delivered by Aurum RM him/herself

After it showed on the website , in how much time it was dispatched from SBI?
More than 4 days as far as I remember. SBI is pretty slow

And you also have add on cards on aurum ? , If yes , then card number is same of Add-on card or different?

It is actually Blue dart, SBI Usually shares Reference number instead of Waybill number. So check with Ref No in Blue Dart site.
