What's your experience with Hair Care Products?

Depends on your reason for hair fall
Is it dandruff, flaky scalp , hard water or genetics
If the hairfall is due to genetic reasons..
Only Minoxidil and Finasteride work.
All others have almost little to nil effect.
This is 💯 % correct. It worked for me wonderfully .Initially I never believed anything in the world would reverse genetic hairfall.. but I actually gained most of my lost hair ..it was a wonder when it worked..

I have oily scalp that means I have to shampoo every day. I have dandruff but no itching so I guess its not flaky scalp. May be its genetics but I guess it should not be. Everyone in my family both mother and father's side have good amount of hair. Even my grandfather who is 87 years old has full hair. 🤣

I tried minoxidil, using it for almost 10 months still very tiny improvements almost nothing. My hair is falling but not reducing after a certain amount. New hairs grow but they never mature enough before falling again.

No haven't restarted again. I was severely sick during covid time, lost about 20 kgs in weight from 74 to 54.. After this trauma my priorities were changed..
Now I am.back to 70 kgs
Sorry to hear that, man. I went through something similar during covid and lost 12 kg, but gained most of it back within an year.

Hey everyone!

I’m curious to hear about your experiences with hair care products. Specifically, has there been any oil or shampoo that has really helped you control hair fall or strengthen your hair?

I’ve been trying to find something that works for me, and I’d love to hear your recommendations or any tips you might have. Whether it’s a specific brand, a DIY solution, or a routine that’s made a difference.

Also mention your skin - oily, dry, sensitive or normal.

Thanks,

@SSV Would love to here your experience too. Specially those things that do not work.

EDIT My Experience:-

I have oily scalp that means I have to shampoo every day. I have dandruff but no itching so I guess its not flaky scalp. May be its genetics but I guess it should not be. Everyone in my family both mother and father's side have good amount of hair. Even my grandfather who is 87 years old has full hair. 🤣

Anyone else has this kind of experience?

Thanks for sharing. Did you try using the products again to regrow the hair?

After using Minoxidil (Mainly) and Finasteride( partially)
You had such a great recovery. Its really nice to hear.

Was it topical or oral medication?
How many time a day and what strength did you apply?
What do mean by partially using Finasteride?
After how many you noticed hair fall when you stopped using it?

1) Topical
2) Mintop 10 ( Twice a day I think, ) no doc prescription.. I did it on my own
3)Finasteride used for 6 months only as it is internal
4) May be after 3 to 6 months.. I lost my hair mainly duirng Covid severe sickness. could not pay any attention to hair thing , as at that time life was more important than hair 😉
Probably I lost my regrown hair mainly because of covid trauma than stopping medication..
Mental things matter heavily on the health than what we noramlly assume..
Believe me most of our life and health mainly depends on mental issues ..
If we are peaceful and happier we get maximum mileage in anything we do.... all the best

Now that we are on the topic, any suggestions on premature greying of hairs? What hair colors do you guys use?
This is really complex subject to reverse the premature greying naturally..others with experience can contribute
But good thing about this problem is: you atleast have something to work on…which is a much better situation compared to many who have nothing to work with.!!

That is how you should see this situation.. be happy with what you got ,!!

😉
