When does bank do cibil enquiry?

I want to apply for hdfc and axis bank credit cards, but before applying i want to check what cards are being offered to me, so banks hit cibil while displaying cards or after submitting application?

Basically bank asks pan number and otp before applying list of cards, so at that time will they do a cibil enquiry and will my cibil drop or after submitting application they will enquire?

Yes every month fill same details. I saw somewhere in this forum even mentioned to fill exact same details every month to have that link working for you and giving you report.
If you check before month it depends on what data sbi homes webiste fetches for you from cibil and will give you that in report.

So if i Don't check every month will it stop me, as you said link working for me?

Can we remove old enquires like 2 yrs ago from cibil?
I just checked my cibil report and saw i applied icici credit two years ago and they also made a enquiry regarding personal loan along with credit card 2 yrs.. can i remove personal loan enquiry now?
Also 2 yrs ago applied for axis ace and got rejected and they also have made 2 enquires for a single card.
Can i remove both of them?

Why are you worrying this much about CIBIL?
I think you should take a one shot dose of video/article and all your doubts will be cleared. All your above queries will be solved with a proper one shot article/video.

Reason i don't trust short videos on youtube as most of those videos are sponsored and i don't want to share my information with third party. I try to give less information to third party as much as possible. So just wanted to have as much information, as possible before doing anything stupid.

In my experience,cibil hit happens only after submitting application for HDFC and Axis bank.

Just refreshed my CIBIL. I went till card selection yesterday and today but did not proceed further. I could see cards offered for me. MyZone & IOCL are offered LTF for me. No enquiry generated.
