Which bank offers Rupay Select Debit Card

I want Rupay Select DC as it can be used for international lounges too.
I have account in HDFC and Axis but then have max variant of Rupay Platinum.

Canara Bank is the easiest. Go to this link, authenticate and then select (Domestic / Global >>> Visa / Master / RuPay >>> Card Variant >>> Card Type)

It's pretty easy. Just click confirm and voila!

I'm surprised they offer Visa and Master Platinum variants, even though I haven't tried.

No idea about online but offline some users got Canara bank RuPay Select debit card.

or do i have to wait for physical delivery to use the card?

does canara bank also sending physical debit cards after months like pnb or they will dispatch normally within 1 week..
as for pnb i recieved cards after 3 months of applying, is canara bank also facing same issue ?

CBoI also issues Rupay Classic, Platinum, Select & Business Debits

i recently got rupay platinum and rupay select debit card from canara, as canara bank doesn't have any issuance fees, only annual fees..
so do i have to pay fees in first year itself or do i have to pay from 2nd year onwards ?
