Talk to icici rm about getting Emerald pvc atleast. Consider axis atlas or burgundy too. Coral is pathetic. Wrt hdfc how much are your spends on that card?

If you are ok with fees (23.8k), then you can try ICICI Times Black. It is easily approved and has good benefits if you travel frequently or has high expenses of 10L or more (you have not mentioned expenses). You can also try for Axis Atlas (if you consider it premium).

If you are self-employed, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank are the best options for getting premium credit cards.

  • HDFC Bank: If you open a current account with HDFC Bank, you can easily get the BizBlack credit card.
  • ICICI Bank: The Times Black credit card is relatively easier to obtain. Additionally, the Emeralde (plastic version) might be available as a lifetime free card based on your income tax returns (ITR).
  • Emeralde Private Metal Edition: If you somehow upgrade your ICICI account to Private Banking, you may also be eligible for the Emeralde Private Metal Edition card.

Other banks also offer good credit cards, but approvals largely depend on your ITR. Nowadays, super-premium cards are rarely issued on a "card-to-card" basis. While banks allow applications via this method, approvals are still based on your ITR and credit score (CIBIL), making the "card-to-card" method mostly ineffective.

I am sharing this based on my personal experience, as I recently faced the same situation.

How does one get emerald pvc lifetime free?

You may get the card as lifetime free if you have a strong relationship with ICICI Bank. Simply put, if your Total Relationship Value (TRV) exceeds ₹50 lakh, you can easily request the bank to offer the Emeralde card as a lifetime free benefit. With such a high TRV, you automatically qualify as a Wealth customer, and some Wealth customers have received this card as lifetime free. In many cases, it even appears as a pre-approved offer.

If not, you can ask your Relationship Manager (RM) to submit a request on your behalf. The eligibility for a lifetime free premium card from ICICI Bank depends entirely on your banking relationship. If you are a new customer, the bank will likely ask for your ITR or salary slip to determine eligibility before issuing the card.

Does icici trv consider prudential mutual fund holdings and or home loan with them? Or is just bank balance, fd, ulip, etc?

opposite question what credit card you think you're looking manily, where you spend at? flight, hotel which mean domestic or international travel so we need split where you spend at cause at your ITR 24L tons of premium cc come but they don't match MRC 5000+GST, omly Axis Atlas match.

with 30L ITR from 22L it needed Previously, i don't think Bizblack is that easier to get though. may be IP of 20-30L could Help and TIER 2,3 City may be willing.
and ICICI TimeBlack does have JF you do get RP against it but 10L is needed for reversal if not crossed no RP and you Pay the Fees Plus 90 Days Without.
Emeralde Private Metal Edition is much better you just need close to 40L ITR and Approval Chances are very high.

for HDFC i asked for it but they said bizblack only eligible for 30 lakh ITR hence gave Bizpower

For ICICI will ask my RM which he can get to me ( for annual spend of 13-15 lakh which will be more useful to me mostly spend are online websites )
also looking to get yes bank card yes reserve or marquee which ever easy to get as no connection with YES bank ever

yes bank card yes reserve or marquee which ever easy to get as no connection with YES bank ever
with their RP got slashed, not sure if that cc is worth to put any spend compare to all suggestion others have given, i'm not sure how good is yes bank cc so do some search within the forum before applying if not sure if it worth.

The HDFC Biz Black Card can be easily obtained as a floater card. To be eligible, you must have any core HDFC credit card with a minimum credit limit of ₹6 lakhs. Once this requirement is met, you can request the Biz Black Card from the bank, and approval is usually straightforward.

That's why I mentioned that getting the BizBlack Card would be easy.

Yes, it counts, but all transactions must be done through ICICI for them to be considered in TRV (Total Relationship Value).

The best option to increase your TRV is to take a home loan with ICICI Bank.
