Which Credit Card to apply for my parents who will retire soon?

Hi All,

Both my parents will retire in the next 3-4 months.
Both of them have an ITR of more than 40L and 50L each.

I want to get LTF Premium cards that can also give good Domestic and International Lounge access facilities.
They will mostly be using the CC for offline transactions or for lounge access.
The city in which we live in is a tier 3 city hence banks like SC, Citi, IDFC, AU, AMEX don't service our pincode.

Please suggest any cards that we can apply as LTF or make it LTF using ITR.
As, my parents won't be able to fulfill the spend based criterias of such cards

U can easily get ICICI sapphiro for LTF with such high ITR.
If u live in tier 3 city then u can put residential address of ur friends or relatives and after getting the card u can change the address.
Please share the banks in which u have accounts in it would be more helpful.

You can try BoB Etherna card(unlimited domestic lounge access)

AU Zenith is a good card if you get LTF. It gets you PP with 2 access every quarter.

You can try HDFC's regali. It has domestic and international lounge benefit.

AU Zenith is a good card if you get LTF. It gets you PP with 2 access every quarter.

No, nobody gets Magnus as LTF.

Don't take Diner's card. Acceptability can be a challenge in tier 3 cities. I find it challenging in Bangalore itself

In a similar situation too.
Parent's requirements are easy to use net banking and a credit card with lounge access.
Would prefer a LTF card, can make FD if required.
Looking at HDFC, ICICI and Axis, but will most likely just chose one.
Don't have any accounts either so no idea about their net banking interface.

What did you end up deciding? Any suggestions?
