I'm in a so-called group made by some of the top-tier TF guys for 2k for joining & 1k per month. Advertise like 90+ working tricks, but in reality only 1-5 were working.
No query has been entertained so far, and there is no consistency (no working hacks for 2-3 months).

Has anyone faced this before with the HDFC Millennia debit card?

I redeemed 400 points for cashback and received it on 11th August. Today, I noticed my account again shows 400 points available for redemption. I redeemed them again and got a successful message saying cashback will be credited in 2 working days.

There was no pending cashback from earlier. Is this a system glitch or bonus/reward?

I have been tracking reward points on my millenia debit card.
As per my understanding, reward points for current month (August) also have been credited.
Starting from may/apr ( Not remembered exactly ), HDFC have been crediting reward points before 3 months at a faster pace.
