To get the physical share copy which broker can I approach I tried a few nearby they are not able to do that

Physical copy should be obtained from company registrar.

Eg if it's Reliance, then contact Reliance Share Registrar etc.. for each company there will be different registrar.

If you want to know details of registrar, check in company website or Google, not getting then ask your stock broker and if they have informed of that company registrar in their database they will guide you.

Stock broker is not having any responsibility on giving info, so deal smoothly to get info , otherwise they will say, we don't know.

You will have to contact the company whose share certificates are lost - only they can reissue share certificates.
