I currently have HDFC Preferred Platinum DB Card, but don't find it useful

Depends on the merchant name you get at time of entering OTP

Only Mobikwik on OTP page will get 2.5% cb

CC bill can be paid directly from DC (millenia) on MobiKwik for 1%cashback.

I heard somewhere people where getting 2.5% cashback.

just add 42000 rupee on Paytm wallet and get 400 every month
