I am using Tata Neu Infinity and looking for another rupay card too
Consider PNB's cards -- I got a Platinum. It was easy to get, gave a decent limit and needs once a quarter use for fee waiver. I think the "Select" is also similar. "Millenia" (?) has some minimal fee / spend for waiver.
How did you get pnb card can you please tell me
As they rejected my card last time without any varification
Did you do the video KYC?
They seem to insist on ITR somehow. Other forumites disagree, but I think it is the card issuer's prerogative to want a proof of income they seem satisfactory before issuing the card. You can send the IT Assessment Order to creditcardpnb2@pnb.co.in - along with application number or something else that lets them link the application to this document.

Yes.. they rejected my card for no reason. I did not do video kyc but they are asking me to download anydesk and give access if mobile to them i asked why they just to varify itr and etc.
I said no then call cut and,5 mins later this msg received.
Will send them recosideration for my application

I got this "discrepant" message too -- and that got rectified when I sent ITR to that email ID.
For some reason their portal just asks you to upload payslip and bank statement, but their actual process needs ITR (except when the pay comes to a PNB account).
Lol, are they scammers or what? Scammers use Anydesk to take access of your device.

Yes... in my cc application i saw this first time.. either they are scammers or they don't have any idea how to process cc application as i told them to i will upload documents if required or visit nearest branch.

I never came across this Anydesk thing -- is there any email response from creditcardpnb2@pnb.co.in after you sent them your ITR?

I am sure " HDFC Tata Neu Plus Rupay" has better reward but if u have HDFC Tata Neu Infinity RuPay which gives around 1.5% i think.

Yes. I am in process to enhance my HDFC IOCL card limit. I have shared limit enhancement form in branch. Once done I will upgrade plus to infinity
