@SparkleStar , @Abhishek012 True...they denied on phone call. I mailed using their website and followed up with the SR number. It took pretty long, but ultimately they issued.
One of the agents was saying something about getting internal approval or so, which takes time

Checked net banking after reading this thread. For the first time since card issuance(5 years old card) I have finally got the upgrade offer on my LTF Regalia First.
They are offering FYF Millennia.
Has anybody here successfully negotiated for LTF upgrade offer ???
(I have DCB also, so I can't play a bluff by telling them I'll close my card unless they offer a lifetime free (LTF) upgrade. … they will really close this Regalia First card without even re-confirmation 😛)

Today morning itself I had posted about upgrade from Regalia First (LTF) to Regalia (LTF) and now in the evening they offer me this 😀

Upgrades are never LTF. Always FYF.

I had HDFC Money back card LTF and given upgrade to Millenia card LTF

After seeing this thread I checked in my hdfc app and saw option to upgrade from regalia to Infinia metal. Without waiting for sec I accepted but there was no acknowledgment and no message just an exclamation mark. I went back to check again and this time it said no option to upgrade currently and will inform when upgrade becomes available.

Anyone know what it means?

After sometime I checked hdfc app. Now it is showing new credit card details. So I guess it is approved. That was quick!!!
