Work address update in axis bank?

Guys How to update work address in axis bank. All the people phone banking branch chat support are clueless about work address updation.
*I dont want to remove any of my current address just want to add office address.
*I dont have any savings or salary account in axis bank only credit card.
Please if anyone know the solution for this help me.

Usually pno responds within 3-4 days. When it went longer, I pinged them on the same thread asking for the status on the service request and corresponding.

Initiate the first request to nodal officer from here: https://application.axisbank.co.in/webforms/axis-support/LogAQuery.aspx?Level=2
Rest of the mails can be send via email mentioning the correspondence number

Thanks for sharing it. Since there is no option to attach documents via this link, I believe I can just share the documents on receiving reply from the PNO/NO. Earlier I was sharing documents via Limit enhancement option which allows to upload documents to the website.

Also, Since I'm holding Axis Ace and Flipkart Axis, I raised a new request for Ace by calling the dedicated Ace phone banking team and with FK Axis already in progress with PNO. As per your suggestion, I've mailed my query to NO and PNO before the on-field verification guy can reject my request. These dual requests might help me to get the address updated faster

Finally got my work address updated. I applied for Myzone card due to LTF offer and applied as a new customer. Even though, I never got a chance to put complete address online. I gave my new employer name in the application. Also, I raised a fresh request for work address updation via phone banking team last week. From my end the request was showing closed in service request portal but customer support said it's in progress. So, With the card approval my work address was also updated by their team. Although I haven't received any text explicitly mentioning the work address update. But customer care confirmed that the address has been updated and later I got mail from PNO confirming the same and asking for income documents for limit enhancement. Truly Axis has frustrated me a lot over the last 45 days just for mere work Address updation. I hope they make this process easy in future.

Apologies for my previous post. I've gone through the work address request successfully this time. I will share my experience.
1. RM and Branch cannot help with Work Address update in Credit Card.
2. Some customer support executives can help you raise the right request, but it will work for you if you are extremely lucky.
3. This one worked for me - Email communication to Axis Bank support (resolution in 2 business days)
On Axis Bank website, go to Support section

You can attach supporting documents such as Payslip or ID Card or Offer Letter or Letter of Employment which should mention the work address.
After initiating this request on email, they checked once for confirmation and then next day the work address was updated.
