Yaper : how safe it is and problem

Yes dont order at oneplus especially , worst case for me , it was shipped in blue dart , no otp came to me , so they rejected the package and it returned to seller.

But in order history it was updated as delivered , when i called customer care they said it returned to seller thats why the product is updated as delivered(not sure what they meant as delivered).

I asked them about refund they said it will come in 7 days , all these happened 15 days ago , i am yet to get refund.
 
Wow. So many people risking their money and spending their time and efforts chasing refunds. IMO it’s better to pay the annual card fees and have a peace of mind if you cannot reach the spend milestones.

You are right.
In my case, the cards I used were anyway LTF. I do not know what I was thinking. I am spending an hour or two after every two-three days connect to them and asking for a refund.
From now on, I will definitely stay away.

Simply file a chargeback and sit tight.. 2-3 years ago... I also faced same situation with vivo... They refunded my money the day after they received chargeback.... And after 10-15 days... THey again sent normal refund... So got refund twice........
 
If that's the case, i will raise it today only. If this works, it would be a big relief.

If the merchant issues a refund... There will be rrn number available with bank/credit card provider... Means bank/credit card issuer can see that refund has been initiated in teir system even though it takes time to credit... Say that they have denied providing any details of refund or rrn number so kindly raise a chargeback... They might ask for details of ur complaint like any email or post on social media platform on their official email... Provide them screenshot that u have contacted but no response...

Ya u can wait.but seeing other people comments in the end dont see any solution from them.... For chargeback they are bound to reply... Usually it's 14 days but u can file before that to..

Yeah do a chargeback. I recently won a chargeback on axis card from a merchant who was taking me on a ride. It took close to 1.5 months to resolve …45 days is the tat for axis dispute resolution. And if the merchant disputes the chargeback then it takes 120 days to resolve. Usually if there’s no proof of delivery , you will win the case.

Similar issue i faced on Amazon order. The order was out for delivery,but later evening i see status as order was refused.i contacted yaper but no clear reply from them. So i cancelled the order in amazon .

As suggested by you , I am trying to raise chargeback for my vivo transaction, but HDFC portal is showing same error for the last few days.

Do you know any solution to this or should I send them a physical form by post?

Call and raise the chargeback..... Or email......eventually they will mail u for screen shots of ur interaction with vivo if any and transaction on vivo website....
