If yes, the limits will be different for personal and business credit cards?

Today morning, I received my Freedom credit card, which I activated as well. Just now I reached out to HDFC customer care to confirm whether the Freedom card is LTF as it was mentioned on the Paytm app with no joining / renewal fee. To my surprise the customer support executive said it is a paid card and a fee of ₹500 + GST is applicable. I informed them that it was mentioned as LTF on Paytm but he replied that I might not be eligible for the LTF offer. I do have screenshots as proof.

My wife applied on Monday still in process , no verification came yet .

Got Swiggy Card today. As per welcome letter, limit will be shared with existing card (TN infinity). But there is no mention of charges applicable anywhere in the letter. Swiggy indicated it as LTF. In swiggy app it is asking to activate card. Nothing else is showing.
But is there any way to confirm whether there are any charges before activation.

It shows in the swiggy app after activating that joining fee and renewal fee is 0.

If u wan to be sure, mail hdfc cc and ask them to confirm its LTF before u activate it. And keep a copy of that mail for future reference.

same when i called yesterday for asking if card is ltf or paid or fyf. will try emailing hdfc cc team.

I think paytm freedom card ltf ended last year itself , but they didn't remove it until last week . Now it's showing as paid card .

And also I still remember one time when I clicked that freedom card , outside it was showing ltf , but details page it mentioned 500+gst .

The original post was edited as Swiggy HDFC Card LTF is withdrawn, but its not yet my Swiggy app still shows it as LTF
