That’s was the mistake , always apply cobranded cards through their respective app/website.
I got mine RG , TN Infinity and Swiggy all approved in span of a week.

Try applying again from Swiggy App , you may get approval.
On Swiggy app, it was showing paid card. Applied directly from hdfc under ltf offer

Card dispatched for my wife at 21st ,
delivery attempted on 23rd but otp didn't come due to bsnl poor network .
Next 2 days they didn't call me for deliver attempt, simply updating as C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address
Every day morning they update as out for delivery , evening updating as C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address 😞.

What should I do now?
When I applied for the Swiggy card, it showed as LTF for me on the Swiggy app. However, my application was initially rejected. I emailed their support team, and they informed me that the address on my application did not match the address on my Aadhaar card. This mismatch occurred because I had not provided my full address on the Swiggy app, and the application automatically used the address saved there.

To resolve this, they asked me to provide a self declaration with my current address and signature to process the application. I dropped the required documents into the drop box at my nearby HDFC branch, and they couriered them to their Chennai office, as instructed in the email. After 4-5 days, I received a reply stating my application had been rejected because it did not meet the bank’s internal criteria.

But “maine haar nahi mani 😅” I emailed them again, and they sent the same reply. However, after 2-3 days, my application was approved. 🤣

It took around 20-25 days for the entire process.

Request a review to grievance redressal.
But how can it happen? The bank rep visited both home and office.
Did you update your address?
On initial page I couldn't provide my full address as their address line didn't allow me full name. But on 3rd or 4th page of application it automatically fetched address from my Adhaar which was correct and I chose that as my permanent address.
Raise it to grievance redressal team and tell them to rearrange if there is any mismatch of VKYC or Physical Verification.

Did you send mail to Grievance.Redressalcc@hdfcbank.com. Tell them to share clear reason. If it's address verification issue, tell them to send a person to verify your address
 
HDFC is quite unreliable.
I got HDFC Swiggy in September 2024, and applied through the branch agent, he showed me it is LTF, I even saw it and saw it in my Swiggy app as well.
Now in last month's statement, I got a Rs.500 membership fee charged, when I asked them through email they replied the card is not LTF for me.
But the thing is even now I can see the card as LTF in the Swiggy card details section. I have sent the screenshots and details that I saw while applying as LTF and only then I applied for it.
I don't know if they will reverse the charges or not.
