I Applied Yes Bank credit card just for fun..

They offered basic ace card with 3lakh limit..

I was FYF card.. So later i thought I will Bargain for LTF.

WITH In a app I applied for closure and got following message.

They Closed card without any call.. So no retention team...

I have Yes First Exclusive Credit Card which is now changed to Yes Reserv as well as their Rupay Credit Card.

I want to keep their Virtual Rupay Credit Card only. If I will close Reserv, will my Virtual Rupay will remain active?

ruapay card will stay active even if you close other Yes bank card ie Yes Reserv

I put a request to close my yes preferred Cc as I was not using it. They offered ltf yes reserve. I will cross check if it's ltf once I receive it but the bank agent confirmed twice.

Retention team called me. I closed the card though Netbanking few days back.

I also placed a closure request and they have upgraded my ace card to elite and said it would be LTF. I have recorded the call for reference and the agent from retention team said you can even confirm by email after 8 working days.
