Hi I have a yes bank preffered credit card for about 2-3 years, on Dec 10,2024 i recived a message and email card upgraded as requested
but i made no such request, i also registered a compliand with bank official e mail id, it was upgraded to Marquee credit card, but again on Dec 14,2024
i recived a message and e mail card upgraded or rather downgraded to yes preffered, but i have not provided any otp or any email consent for it neither made any request, The newly issued Marquee card was showing on yesbank netbanking and iris app on dec 14,2024 ,on monday Dec 16,2024 there is no information of card on netbanking and iris app, i have recived the card by courier on Dec 14,2024
I have escalated the matter at YES bank branch level and also e mailed the same to head nodal office email id of yesbank
What else can be done in this matter as the Yes bank did the entire process without having my consent
