I had to complain to customer care in April and they were clueless and asked which offer I was talking about. I had no screenshot of the offer so I had to Google the offer and found a pdf in their website with terms and conditions mentioned.

After that they said I'll get voucher within next 30 working days. Now voucher came from someone's personal mail id of igp.com.

Let me share my experience of getting the add on card

I visited the branch on 17th May with add on form and other ID docs
The bank employee was really helpful and he was trying to convince me to open Grandeur account with them
BM also joined our discussion and he also requested me to refer one of his relatives in my organisation 😂

However, I kept saying, please go ahead with the add on application now and I’ll open some higher variant account in the future

He also arranged for a home pick up of add on applicant’s voter card

Then they had couple of off days due to election n all

Finally yesterday on 30th, I got to see the add on card in my app… it is yet to be delivered

I’m sure he would pursue for account opening and I’m actually thinking to go for grandeur account with 4-5L IF

They have recently increased their FD interest rate as well

Let’s see how it goes!!!

It was showing capping earlier and also didn't allow to redeem full extent of RPs.

NO ... for Flights you can do 100% redemption and flights are sometimes equal or even cheaper when compread to mainstream websites
