I generally use the discount coupon on the Swiggy app to get 150 less and then I use swiggy cash.

50--60% Discount coupon (120 or 150 discount per order) given by the Swiggy app is more than the upto 30% discount given by all the other credit cards, at least in Mumbai

Swiggy app is giving 50 to 60% discount (upto 120/150) and since you can get Swiggy cash at 12 to 15% less, then there is no case for using Marquee card at all.

Because the max return on Marquee for online spends and then redeeming for Swiggy will drop below 4%

It depends on restaurant to restaurant. In my locality in Mumbai, some inflate the menu prices while some keep exactly the same as restaurant. Depends on the volume they are handling.
