1) RewardZ = 3,477 - Refundable
2) Amazon = 3,386 - No cancellation

Now you need to spend 35000 in the previous quarter to get free domestic Lounge access on Yes cards.

What about the spend requirement for free international lounge access ?

Other cards (like Axis) impose a spend requirement only for domestic Lounge access.
International lounge access on Axis is without any spend requirement.

The key issue why they are able to cheat customers is that we have no option to verify the spends and the points received as they dont provide that even in statement. Hence the deceit. Hopefully their systems will improve and become more transparent.

maybe purposefully, but since we can't see it, many people don't complain (including myself as I don't track any expenses manually or with any apps). but once that happens, they can no longer play these games...

For this exact reason, they won’t change their systems to show itemised CB..
Systems are designed by the bank people for this specific purpose

oh no.. i still haven't got my first statement with transactions.. will see what happens.. count manually as not many transactions.. then can decide to say NO to YES

I checked my two statements for Marquee and the points seem fine - 36 points every 200 spent online. 0 points for transactions below 200, no fractional points. I haven't done any offline transactions till date. Not sure whether this is some bug or they are selectively targeting some customers (based on spends maybe?)

I already crossed my 10L quota for this year ... may be I was their target..

For Marquee the best use is online and the best redemption is Swiggy/Zomato vouchers for 4.5% return.

But Swiggy is anyway available at 10% discount using HDFC Swiggy or Airtel.

So the real return is max. 4.05% (that too for the best case scenario that you use Marquee online and redeem points for Swiggy or Zomato)

If at all I take it, it will be only for the non spend benefit and not to earn any points.

I was simply redeem the 60000 joining points for 15000 Swiggy cash vouchers

Also 99% of the times, there is some ongoing offer from other banks resulting in 20-35% instant discount.
