Yes bank virtual upi card not working

Got my Yes Virtual Rupay Credit Card 2 days ago.. Activated it instantly. I am not able to do any transaction on any website after entering card details. It just doesn't take me to the payment page and transaction fails. All kinds of transaction are enabled. Called customer care but they are clueless. Although transaction via UPI is working fine. Anyone knows the reason or am I missing something?

Did you get OTP on the payment page? Or did the transactions fail before asking for OTP?

No, it doesn't show payment page. Directly shows this after entering card details and clicking on 'Make Payment '.. Tried at Bigbasket and Amazon..both failed

How did you set the upi pin for this card?

The MPIN of ur Yes bank Iris app is the UPI pin
