Im happy with yes marquee (just booked my family's one side flight ticket for april vaccation using points). If you plan ur spends properly, can still amass points..

Hdfc is rejecting all cards. I hold ltf Regalia and the only upgrade they gave is paid regalia gold.. didnt make sense for me to switch, so declined that upgrade

I made a few transactions on Marquee over the last few months.. Was generally checking on the points accrued and my observations are as below :

1) Their tagging for 36 points per 200 is not accurate. They didn't give 36 points for amazon, swiggy, zepto, netflix, bms or any online transaction - Raised with CC
2) Their calculations are per 200.. So if you spend 299 then you only get for the 200 and no partial points.. So only after 400 you will get tye next bulk.. Saw some minor exceptions here but mostly true
3) 10 points per 200 is accurate
4) Default seems to be 18 per 200

Have disputed. Lets see what they say..

For one Online Forex Transaction I did couple of days back, I checked with CS and the MCC of it was 7011. So, ideally as per the website TnCs, I should have gotten 36 rewards per 200 but I only got 18 rewards per 200. On spending 30 mins with the CS on call, I was asked to mail them the situation as they couldn't do anything about it. I have emailed them the situation with the proofs, lets see how it goes. I don't have much hope but I'll surely escalate this till it gets resolved. Getting a feeling of being cheated for this.

i have done multiple international transaction (Grab taxi) and online krisfly shopping, but i am getting offline rates only.
I think online/offline too is based on MCC. Some MCC will be treated as offline even if used online. YES bank is not having differentiator for online/offline transaction, however they are doing MCC based rewards like SBI cashback card OR they marketing/T&C are not mentioning it correctly

Yeah, this is totally misleading. I've raised the request with their grievances, let's see how it goes.

Me too. Multiple forex txns all of which are digital products but getting reward points based on offline txns. None of my txns even involve a physical product. Waiting for stmt to generate so that I can fight this.

I too had number of transactions like this but as I never found time to fight with these sub standard guys , I left them alone
