YES Bank rejected my CC application.
But that is not what concerns me.
What concerns me is that the only eligibility check the online application showed me was "Surrogate" (which I assume is C2C). I wasn't offered any options to select Salary details, etc. After selecting the Surrogate options, I wasn't even asked to provide C2C card details anywhere. And THEN, they rejected citing "Internal Policies"

I have >800 CIBIL with a few credit inquiries in the last couple of months. Hold Axis cards with 15L, Infinia with 10L, LTF MRCC with 10L.

Any RM around to help out here?

Also to add to above for all benefit. The grandeur account itself is not so bad an option if you are willing to park 5L for at least 3 months.

If you perform at least one transaction (ecom/POS), there are good benefits as milestones - one per month. You get something like Sonyliv/Hotstar annual on 1st, 2000 TAJ/ITC voucher on 2nd, and so on.

Instant?? - not sure how that may be possible, because initial funding has to be realized; and that could only be done with cheque which will take its time.

Yes, it appears to be a bug. Happed with me as well. And next time when I tried to reapply with exactly same method, it says I am ineligible. :/

Ohh man, same thing happened with 2 days back. Cannot proceed through videokyc. And yes bank customer support are so helpless. Anyone knows what to do.

How you got MRCC LTF. As per AMEX they do not have any policy of LTF. Can you share how you got this?

I got it many years ago. They offered LTF. No special efforts were applied.

Yes earlier they used to offer LTF only as companion to other card, not single card.

Yes a/c opened. Opened it offline.

Have asked RM to apply for Marquee now, as offline application. That's in progress.

They have confirmed that it will be approved, provided no issue with CIBIL etc. (which is not in my case). So fingers crossed.
