Hi all, has anyone tried opening a savings account recently from SBI Yono app?

If so, how was the vkyc experience?

I have tried waiting for 30 mins. and still didn't get connected to someone.

It shows you are being connected to someone but doesn't actually connect.

Has anyone else faced the same issue?

I mean if they are not opening accounts through yono or executives are not available, it should notify in the app itself why make people wait?

Usual sbi stuff.

I waited 1 hr and still got rejected for vkyc.

Better visit any branch. They hardly take 15-20 mins to open account

Shit, my bad, lekin firbhi, option hi kyun dena kyc ka jb koi available nahi.

Keep joined.. otherwise will get new waiting number .
1.5 - 2 hr lag sakta hai
