Zero Balance Account in PSBs except BOB ?

Hi, I am looking for a Zero Balance SB A/C in PSB for UPI purposes. I would prefer Virtual DC over Physical One with Zero SMS Charge. I am already using an account with BOB. Hence, please suggest a different one.

I heard that IOB -- Indian Overseas Bank is also offering the same. If anyone is using please share your experience.

I recently open 0 balance in Punjab and sind Bank
Branch is supportive
Got classic card free
No such restrictions unless you are hoping for high value transaction (>1L)
