Well-educated jokes apart, I hope you have activated card in IDFC First mBanking App and set the limits properly. Try to do txn with it anywhere else and then see if error is there at other merchants too.

Sometimes I think, he is bank's mole.

He finds everything that is working, makes and bideo and work hard for it to reach many so that bank's then fix it.

Someone ask him whether he can stop rewards on genuine txns also? Yaha pe mostly bas CC payment ke liye hi DC use kartey hai. Nahi toh kya use hai? Baki ke liye CC hai hi.

People say, some people are giving loss to banks. Do they even know that when a bank tie-ups with someone, prices of that commodity is first jacked up by 20-25% and then a 5% is given.

A simple example is, Flipkart/Amazon tie-up with bank for card discount but before sales the prices of everything are inflated in previous months. So banks are always making merry while we normal customers/consumers are paying inflation costs very heavily. Jiska jo dil aa raha hai apne product ka price le raha hai. 100 ki cheez 150 kar do fir 10% discount dikha do janta ko. Yahi sab ho raha hai itney saalo se.

Janta ke paiso pe full aish karety hai kuch banks waley aur fir recovery time hamarey liye sab kuch mehengaa karke recover ho jata hai. Itna exploitation public ka hota hai aur fir aa jatey hai kuch baks ke himayiti unka aur fayeda karwaney. Unko tag kartey hai jaise banks inko inaam dega. Choro ke liye intzaam karke fayeda karwatey hai yeh banks. In becharo ko kya pata ki aaj inflation ke liye bhi banks hi jimmewar hai.

I have idfc select banking program. And this month I earned its threshold i.e, total 30k point totalling to 40k points till date from idfc in 7 months. I have never redeemed its point.
Havd been hearing lately that idfc blocks reward system of individual customers.
Since I have also earned total 30k point which was its limit, is there any chance it may block mine. And you must also have idea that on what ground they block the account or the reward system.

It's best to redeem ASAP and not risk it, just get vouchers for something you need

Dont worry. they will block if u consistently touch the limit or u get alot of points alltoghther.

You are concerned about 250 RPs whereas I didn't get almost 10K RPs till now for the txns done on 21st Mar. With IDFC, it's better to wait and see instead of getting desperate.

I received the rps for the 21st Mar txns, I didn’t raise any request, after a month got it automatically credited.

Those who made txns between 20th and 24th Mar, check your updated rps. If you didn’t get it, it will be credited for sure.

You seem to tried multiple times for this card. As per customer care, now you cannot pay this card bill in this billing cycle. You can pay other cards. Do mail them with screenshot. They replied in 1 day.

I got the same error.

I used the same card with another freecharge acc with diff ph no. and it worked.

I have used the same card in last 3 days for the amount of 3L~, 1st day 99.8k, 2nd 92k, 3rd day 99k
