My bill is under scheduled from 14 apr 2025 & 30 apr is last date as per below screenshot today date mention

kindly suggest should I wait till now no sms come for maintain balance for auto debit like tomorrow is Saturday it will diduct or not @Dobbiee please guide

You will get 1% cashback and HDFC will not reversed the cashback for failed/refund transaction. 🤣🤣

that happens when u pay in unipay or setu and fails... debited money usually reversed after few days and meanwhile cashback processes..

I am expecting sms like kindly keep balance auto debit will happen ......... from hdfc so confusion triggered anyhow hope for good.

no holidays impacts smartpay... tomorrow between 6 to 6.30AM mostly..

And it happened with hdfc Billpay too.
Day 1: txn happened
Day 2: got sms about txn failure
Day 3: got sms about reversal of bill happening and the RP showed up. Redeemed.

I didn’t believe @Abhishek012 would be right about this.

this service is a bit unreliable.. alert rehna padta hai,.. ek toh last day tak leejate hai payment ko..kisi din miss hua toh cibil hit karvayege yeh free mein

last day tak nhi deta..paid 10 bill..4 day before due date auto triggerd.

Add the biller before bill generation. Wait for bill to show in scheduled. Let the payment go on automode, 4 days before due date.

i added 6 days before due date..scheduled msg came next day..All depends on that scheduled msg...If it does not come in 1-2 days remove the card add again

i see lot of failures for SBI CB card. Better stop the smartpay for this card and pay manually. Please let us if there are any charges for this failure. I believe charges will only be for SI bounce cases meaning no balance in the saving accounts

Any idea why hdfc Auto pay most of the times failed for SBI CASHBACK CREDIT CARD? ANY IDEA HOW TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM

Same experience happened to me,
Ammount has been deducted from my hdfc savings account today's morning,but at night got sms that transaction failed..🙃🙃🙃🙃

Why

No, the amount did not get debited at all and I normally do not keep the payment pending till last 4 days...prefer paying it atleast 7 days before last day...I was just waiting for this to be paid and this failed. I immediately paid the bill after seeing failure msg.
