Its not about my terms and conditions.the point if they told me you can not take holidays if you have days,or we will debit 3 days even if you travel for 1.no sane person would have taken the membership.
So you mean to say all the 3L members of CM are insane
you said you were aware of these facts still you have taken it.also you decided to hide this crucial point that 3 days will be debited even if you travel for 1 shows clearly your agenda.
I did not hide anything. My post is not CM T&C's it is my experience. I told you the way around. In my case I have travelled multiple times for 2 nights in red season (I never do 1 night anywhere) and got charged for 2 only. I have 2 bookings in Purple too, one for 1 night another for 2 night where I have been charged for 1 and 2 nights respectively.

travelled to club mahindra tungi in October 2023.studio rooms were pathetic state.sofa was broken in the living room.i asked for replacement they said they don't have one.had to wait for buggy sometimes for hours.very bad f&b.asked to see manage he was on leave.wrote detailed email after my trip to club mahindra nothing happened.
Ask me question and you will have answers: If you have an experience like that, don't ask to see the Manager, demand it. I had complaint about food too in Tungi. I went to the lobby and when my discussion with the manager was not fruitful, I complained to the cluster manager. I was given free dinner in Amara. You have to reach out to the right person and your problem will be resolved on the spot. If you don't get the buggy, as it runs on scheduled time, you can request the reception and they will send the car. I didn't have any issues with room or amenities. Visited Tungi 3 times, last in March 2022, when I had the issue with food.
travelled to mahabaleshvar in nov 2022.one of bunglow shower was broken.again when i gave complaint they apologised and said.property will go under renovation.
Sherwood 3 times, no such issue. Last time in December 2020 - yes during Covid - just relaxed for 4 nights.
travelled to alibaug had stain on the bathtub.bad smell coming from one of the bathroom.had only 1 mbps internet.when i complained the guy came and increased the speed.he told me club mahindra has instructed him to restrict the speed to 1mbps.
I believe this is a new associate property - not giving any excuse but you cannot expect associate property to be of the same standard as CM property. This is a known issue. This was also introduced after I moved from Mumbai and relocated to Kolkata, so didn't have the opportunity to visit.
travelled to assonora in 2022 they didn't have towels at poolside. many guest have to get towel from rooms.

food is generally bad in all club mahindras now days barring exception of few.if you request housekeeping or room service don't expect it come before an hour mostly.sometime they do come in 40-50 mins.
I always take buffet, some places it is not tasty but I will not say bad, they do maintain the quality everywhere even if they can't bring in the taste. We generally enjoy the food. Tastes vary from person to person.
I want to see how you will defend club mahindra for these facts.let me give you last one when i took the membership the annual maintenance was 11000 now its close 30000.they keep increase it by 2-3K every year.
This was also mentioned that it will go up every year by the retail CPG inflation rate. I am not defending anything, stating facts - hope you get it (also covered in my post). Please understand nothing in this world is perfect. You have to make it suit your needs. If you approach the right person and talk to him nicely, you will always be the winner. I don't have any doubt that CM always wants you to be happy and enjoy your holidays - but yes, they will charge you for it.
if you don't pay maintenance before there was 1000rs late fee.from this year club mahindra added 200rs additional charges per month.
For the last 3 years, I got 2 nights and 1000 RCP free by not paying ASF on time. However, this year the scenario did change. They kept on telling me no freebies and no waiver of late fees if you don't pay on time but I didn't believe them and had to pay 750 late fees. 200 per month has been introduced from Feb.
