Not again. 😅😅😅

Axis clearly replied that exclusions applied to debit card gets applied to the UPI transactions as well. Even PNO replied the same over email. Period.
Can you post the relevant screenshot of email reply/quote user posts here? Also, just like kotak 811 super acc recent drama, a bank can say anything incl applying T&C retrospectively but even kotak bank did publish new changed T&C for 811 super on their official website but so far I haven't seen anything similar for axis liberty upi exclusions on axis official website so is it something I missed or does it not exist at all.

But why in the terms, they mentioned like "Transactions done using the debit card". They even removed that word "Debit card" na, so that it'll apply to all modes.

Will they predict their terms based on their wish.

3rd statmen is wrong for UPI.. They have specific exclusion for UPI similar to Debit card, but they are not specify in T&C.

Eg:- Adding money to Demat Account is P2M Transaction. But,as per axis, it wont be considered as merchant spend.

Pathetic part is, they are not mentioned any specific t&C for UPI.

I paid cc bill using Cred, this time i am not got the voucher too.. So, its really difficult to predict.
I paid cc bills on cred and I got the voucher

I already shared screenshots in this thread before. You can try checking previous posts in your leisure. I don't have those emails now. I deleted them.

Yes. They included terms that covers UPI transactions too.

Do you mean screenshots from axis website? If yes then can you tell me the general link/directions to reach that page because I can't find such link on axis liberty acc main page.
