Suryoday folks still trying to figure out which all benefits to give as new user onboarding stopped once users get to know reality from early adopters.

Today in early morning hours , inside nothing shown to me , but it is showing now as you kept

They promised entire Ru pay page benefits knowingly or unknowingly , but is Mis advertised for accumulating customers (now think about platinum customers , For select cards only this much happend means for platinum users they will give ash only )

I have tried reach out bank directly but there is no response from bank side even Live chat and Customer care Email is not working.
Promised 0.5% cashback not updated even spends with grocery shops.

There are Rupay select credit cards which offer OTT benifits like BOB TAIRA CC

your point is true i.e 95% of Rupay S C cards dont get OTT but not 100%
even for time being suppose considering your statement is true , My point is they advertised that we will receive the OTT benifits , otherwise they will be in Trouble for Mis selling and Mis leading
