If that doesn't work then give a negative review on Play Store and you'll get a response with a code. Its how I got all my complaints fixed after a while.

Yes they are not responding to ticket, or talking a lot more time. I did one transaction where i purchased some books. They categorised it as government transaction. I raised a ticket more than 10 days back, still no response

I did two transactions using KIWI app with this pixel card. One on Zomato where I'm suppose to get 5% and the other some UPI spends. Neither of them updated the cashpoints. I have raised the ticket.
I wonder what is the case here...

I have done a transaction on Amazon using Pixel & I have chosen Payzapp in 3% Category. But it doesn't show 1% Cashback for Amazon transaction. Will I get 1% Cashback for the transaction done on Amazon ?

Yesterday, it was showing 1% but today it was removed. Should I wait or just raised the ticket ?

I think now it is showing as pixel points are not eligible for this transaction. Don't worry, You will get 3%,. Wait till tomorrow.

You should tell this in your main post bro. Yes you will get only 1% tomorrow. You could have changed 3% category just before transaction.

As per their t&c, they consider transaction settlement date for cash back, capping and all. If your transaction is not settled yet then you can change 3% category now also.
Please note : These are just my assumption, not tested personally. Go-ahead with your decision.
