I have physical pixel visa card and virtual pixel rupay card, the rewards points of these cards shared or seperate? Anyone know

Raise a ticket. They will update it crediting the remaining Cashpoints.

If that doesn't work then give a negative review on Play Store and you'll get a response with a code. Its how I got all my complaints fixed after a while.

It said 10 working days after that I will email to grievance

Yes they are not responding to ticket, or talking a lot more time. I did one transaction where i purchased some books. They categorised it as government transaction. I raised a ticket more than 10 days back, still no response
