Brother, For getting rewards Please Use Rupay DC instead of Visa because Rupay they have zero MDR but Visa they have to pay transaction and Platform fee that leads to devaluation of app and removal of debit card option too.

So I redeemed 57k points yesterday in lot of 3 redemptions for FK Gift vouchers of 5k, 5k, 4.25k.

57k points have been debited, but neither I got the vouchers nor I can see anything in orders in the app or email. Nothing, Zilch.

What to do?
