I have previously replied on this thread regarding Infinia upgrade which was earlier not offered citing internal policies reason by HDFC Bank grievance redressal..
This time, i approached them again as my last 6 months spends were > 9 lacs and I fulfill DCB cc limit (12.42 lacs) and income criteria as well. I emailed the grievance redressal and PNO to review the case and got an email from their priority redressal again stating the same reason for not offering the upgrade and they also attached a
link to the upgrade conditions which I fulfill. My total spends last 6 months are 9.2 lacs.
I am not sure why they are not ready to offer the upgrade even after meeting the said criteria. My RM is also useless and always says I will look into it. I do have another business account with HDFC where I receive all my payments and this account has a different RM who suggested I go to the branch and fill the upgrade form since I meet the criteria.
Does anyone know if going that way would result in a different outcome?
