RuPay variant also eligible for welcome rewards but valid only on one time per account or per upgrade account.
Use any card visa or RuPay. If you first time use your card on new account/upgrade account, you will get welcome rewards.
Bro I used on Zavo yesterday with RuPay FirstTap for 1k, amount credited to card but can’t see welcome points as well as no rewards for the transaction.
I already received 8k reward points this month for normal account.

Bro just checked, received the welcome points 4K including 100 points for 1k transaction on Zavo done via FirstTap, eligible for transactions above 50k for select variant
Got the points after several hours. It seems a problem with IDFC bank.
Zavo app still working.
Note - Since yesterday, IDFC rewards credited after 24 hours.

Have you received your refund? Mine is still pending. Chargeback also rejected by IDFC, IDFC customer care team said chargeback was rejected by merchant bank

No refund so far, charge back request was rejected as well for me.
Looks like they don't want to accept the charge back request and wants to initiate the refund only as they may fear charge back involves compensation as well, they also mentioned that 4-5 people are yet to receive the refund bcoz of the charge back request we raised.
Let's wait hopefully it will get sorted out soon.
